Angled Light Barriers

Di-soric angled light barriers are through-beam sensors. Transmitter, receiver and all the electronics are in one metal casing ensuring very straightforward and quick installation. Complex brackets for fastening the transmitter and receiver as well as time-consuming adjustment are unnecessary.

Due to the high operating frequency, the short response time and the high resolution, even very small parts can be very precisely positioned and very fast movements reliably detected.

Di-soric angled light barriers have robust die-cast zinc or steel casing and all devices with clocked infrared or red light have a high immunity against ambient light.

Fork Light Barriers

Di-soric fork light barriers are through-beam sensors. Transmitter, receiver and all the electronics are in one casing ensuring very straightforward and quick installation. Complex brackets for fastening the transmitter and receiver as well as time-consuming adjustment are unnecessary.

Frame Light Barriers

Di-soric frame light barriers with innovative microcontroller technology are the optimal solution for the detection of metallic and non-metallic parts.

Typical applications include counting very small parts, the measurement of the length of parts at constant feed speed and checking for the ejection of parts to protect tools on presses and punches.

Ring Sensors

Inductive ring sensors with static evaluation will be used for parts detection as well as stow control.

Inductive ring sensors with dynamic evaluation are featured by an even higher resolution compared with inductive ring sensors with static function. Herewith, you can safely detect parts with very low mass like e.g. springs. The high resolution also stays stable, when the ambient conditions are changing, e.g. metal-containing contamination.

Di-soric wire break sensors with static function will be used where wires have to be detected in active detection zones.  An even higher resolution can be attained with dynamic evaluation that can detect the smallest wire movements in the active detection zone.

Proximitiy Switches

Di-soric proximity switches are available in a multiplicity of different designs and for most different applications. From the standard application to highest technical requirements, Di-soric proximity switches perform all tasks perfectly.
